Raising Talent brings the Broadway experience to communities.  The Broadway Alumni Connection performs regularly in NYC.  The casts of Broadway performers bring new works to intimate audiences.  The Kicks Breaking Cliques program brings teenage girls together to team build through Rockette precision dance principles.  Together both programs spread  awareness and joy of the performing arts to both professionals and new comers.

Kicks Breaking Cliques is brings two dance teams who normally only meet at competitions together.  Through team building using Rockette precision dance principles, girls work together to achieve one showstopping high kicking performance!
