Kicks Breaking Cliques, brings girls together with dance! This hands on workshop teaches girls team building through Rockette precision dance and kickline. Self-esteem enhancing games are emphasized in the beginning to bridge differences and find commonalities among the participants. Then everyone gets on their feet, exercises and learns the precision dance and kickline techniques of the pros. The final performance is where the magic happens. The diverse group of girls come together to showcase their new inclusive team, not for the sake of “competition” but for the sake of a bigger movement - breaking down clicks, working together and being applauded for precision kicks. The movement is one of acceptance and respect for each other. Girl power!

-Session 1: KBC workshop - team building, precision principles, kickline techniques
-Session 2: KBC choreography - learn a routine
-Session 3: KBC rehearsal for performance
-Performance: Showtime at a performance approved by your team coach, teacher or leader
*a team captain must be assigned to rehearse the group between sessions
